Winsaa provides biography publishing services that include:

• Professional biography writing based on information you provide
• Publication of your biography on our Google-indexed website
• SEO optimization for Google search visibility
• Basic design and formatting of your profile page

Important Notes:

• Google indexing typically occurs within 2-3 days after final payment, but timing is ultimately controlled by Google
• We guarantee publication on our platform, but we cannot control Google's search algorithms or ranking positions
• Search visibility may vary based on your name's uniqueness and competition

3.1 Pricing Structure:

• Advance Payment: ₹499 (non-refundable after work begins)
• Balance Payment: ₹2,500 (due before publication)
• Total Service Cost: ₹2,999

3.2 Payment Process:

• Advance payment is required to begin work on your biography
• Balance payment must be completed before final publication
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information about yourself
• Not submit content that is false, misleading, or defamatory
• Own the rights to all photos and materials you submit
• Not impersonate another person or entity
• Respond to our requests for information or approval within 48 hours
• Review and approve the draft biography before final publication
• Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5.1 Your Content:You retain ownership of all information and materials you provide to us. By submitting content, you grant Winsaa a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and publish your content for the purpose of providing our services.

5.2 Our Content:The written biography, design, layout, and formatting created by Winsaa are owned by us. You may not republish or redistribute this content without permission.

5.3 Publication Rights:Once published, your biography will remain publicly accessible on our website. You may request modifications or removal subject to our policies.

• Draft delivery: Within 24-48 hours of receiving complete information
• Publication: Within 24 hours of approval and final payment
• Google indexing: Typically 2-3 days (controlled by Google)

Note:Delays in providing information or approvals may extend these timelines.

• Full refund if we fail to deliver your biography as promised
• No refund after final publication and Google indexing
• Advance payment may be refunded before work begins

8.1 Before Publication:You may request unlimited revisions to your biography draft until you approve it for publication.

8.2 After Publication:Minor updates (e.g., contact information) are provided free of charge once per year. Significant rewrites may incur additional charges.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Winsaa shall not be liable for:

• Google's indexing speed or search ranking positions
• Third-party actions or content
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of business, revenue, or opportunities
• Technical issues beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Any other reason at our discretion
