1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Full Refund Scenarios (100% Refund)
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- We fail to deliver your biography draft within 7 days of receiving complete information
- We are unable to publish your biography on our platform after final payment
- We do not publish your biography within 48 hours of final payment and approval
- Technical issues on our end prevent service delivery
- You cancel before we start working on your biography
1.2 Partial Refund Scenarios
- Advance Payment (₹499): Refundable if you cancel before we begin writing your biography
- After Work Begins: Advance payment is non-refundable once we start drafting your biography
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- After Publication: Once your biography is published on our website and indexed by Google, no refunds are available
- Google Ranking Position: We cannot refund based on specific search ranking positions, as we don't control Google's algorithms
- Change of Mind: After approving the final draft and completing payment, refunds for change of mind are not available
- Client Delays: If delays are caused by you not providing information or responding to our requests
- Violation of Terms: If you violated our Terms and Conditions or provided false information
- Third-Party Issues: Technical issues with payment processors, Google, or other third parties beyond our control

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

After Work Begins:Once we start drafting your biography, the advance payment (₹499) is non-refundable. However, you may choose not to proceed with publication by not paying the balance amount.
After Publication:Once your biography is published and live on our website, cancellation is not possible.
6. Revisions vs. Refunds
Before requesting a refund, consider that we offer:
- Unlimited Revisions:You can request unlimited changes to your biography draft before final approval
- Content Adjustments:If you're not satisfied with the initial draft, we'll work with you to refine it
- Approval Required:We only publish after you explicitly approve the final version
Most concerns can be resolved through revisions. We encourage open communication throughout the process.
7. Special Circumstances
Force Majeure:In cases of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) that prevent service delivery, full refunds will be provided.
Service Discontinuation:If Winsaa discontinues its services, active orders will receive full refunds or alternative arrangements.

9. Payment Gateway Refunds
All refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase. If there are any issues with your payment method, we may request alternative refund arrangements (bank transfer, etc.). Processing fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.
